Venu Madhuri Trust has been working with villages to promote sustainable rural development since year 2000. We started in Feb 2000, from village Ramanwadi, one of the isolated villages on Western Ghats in Radhanagri taluka of Kolhapur district, Maharashtra. Today, our work at Ramanwadi village is been appreciated as an example for holistic village development.

“How a model village has to be developed? This (Ramanwadi) is the wonderful example; let us replicate it for entire India”!

At present Venu-Madhuri activities are spread to ten plus villages and now we wish to spread wider and deeper, and for this we need your support. The Ramanwadi village development story is been documented into a 32 minute DVD and if you wish to study in order to extend your support, we will be very happy to courier the DVD to you.
