Venu-Madhuri’s Desi Ghee is lovingly prepared from 100% whole milk using time- honoured Indian methods. We use only fresh and pure milk from indigenous Gir cows, known for their superior quality and rich nutritional value.

Our traditional process follows the ancient Bilona method: Fresh cow’s milk is first set into curd, which is then carefully churned to obtain butter. This butter is slowly and gently clarified to produce pure, aromatic ghee. This natural process preserves the nutrients, flavour, and healing properties of authentic Desi Ghee.
